First, some Important News!

I’ve taken on an apprentice. She will be training with me over the next few weeks, observing and participating in some sessions under my guidance. We work wonderfully well together. Already she’s proven to have exceptional instincts as a dominant and is exploring bondage, particularly rope, tease and denial, corporal punishment and the exquisite art of the mindfuck. Website and photos are to come, along with a more proper introduction — in the meantime, suffice to say, she has my full support. And she’s lovely to look at. I hope you’ll join me in welcoming her and take advantage of this exceptional opportunity. Please contact me directly — MTO at troyorleans dotcom — for more information.

I will also be traveling to Chicago June 8-10 and accepting appointments near the O’Hare airport as well as in downtown Chicago. If you’d like to schedule something, please send me an email with your preferred day/time and length of session. Since my availability is limited, deposits via PayPal are suggested if you’d like to secure your spot.

This round I’ll be doing stress, immobilization and predicament bondage (rope, mummification, spandex body bag); electroplay, piercing/stapling; tease and denial; CBT/NT; spanking/corporal punishment. If you desire something that’s not on this list, please check my website first to make sure it’s an activity that I offer before inquiring.

I also would like to take the Architectural Boat Tour while I’m in Chicago. If this is an activity that you would like to accompany me on as part of our session (your ride will definitely be more exciting than most), please let me know.

There is so much more to write and yet I have no idea what to say! My wonderful little vacation earlier this month took me completely out of my writing groove. I’ve been snapping pictures like crazy, so maybe I’m just feeling more visual than literal. I don’t know.

So please excuse me if this post doesn’t have the typical MTO panache. I’ll get warmed up to writing again eventually. In the meantime, here were my vacation views:

Since then it’s been barbecues, baseball, and *lots* of bondage. Hope your Spring is going as well as mine! I’ll have samples from my latest photo shoot — and I’ll announce the winners of the “contest” — later this week as well as another installment of “What Yes Looks Like.” So stay tuned.

  • MTO,

Do you actually use this type of vocabulary every day or do you use words like “ephemera” to force us to use the dictionary on occasion? There have been far too many instances while reading your posts that I actually had to dust off Webster’s. I trust you are not referring to your new apprentice as ephemera……that would be a bummer.

    Have fun in Chicago!

  • I do have a fairly substantial word horde but it’s more about just preferring to use the right word — le mot juste. This isn’t one of those moments. I titled the post long before I figured out what I was going to put in it. In the past I’ve used “Ephemera” to title posts that don’t have a single focus but are more like a Twitter stream of random thoughts, bits of news, observations, etc. This one doesn’t really qualify as a true “ephemera” post, more like “News and Notes.” But that sounds cheesy and I’m a lazy writer lately so …

I’m jonesing to come to Boston. Was even toying with the idea of popping in next week (Thur-Fri) but with the holiday, it seems like a bad idea, no?

  • MTO,

Tease and denial in Chicago? You? Or is it the apprentice? I am quite certain the apprentice has good instincts for it.

But, if it’s you, dear lady – I just may need to hop a plane to Chicago!!

    Be well.

  • Congrats on the new apprentice, she sounds lovely. Though I think you alone are more than overwhelming enough as it is 😉

    And I like that castle.

    • @jeffrey
      Lucky me!

I was pretty floored by the castle. And I’m really enjoying my apprentice. I can’t wait to properly introduce her.

      @whizzer
I can’t get nothin’ by you, can I?

  • Great news about the apprentice. I always knew Mistress Yin would eventually get back in the business again.
